Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. You're ordering for yourself or as a parent or guardian.

Your artwork and photos

• You promise that you own the artwork you upload, or you have permission from its creator (or the creator's parent or guardian) to use it this way.
• You give us permission to copy, process, adjust and print it, and to share it with our print partners and service providers, only so we can make and deliver your order and help you with it.
• The artwork stays yours. We won't use it for anything else, and we won't share it publicly without asking you first.
• Please don't upload anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, or that infringes someone else's rights, and don't include photos of people's faces. We may decline or cancel any order for content we can't print, and refund you in full.

How the result is made

We clean up your photo and may use AI to create an illustrated version of the drawing. You'll see a preview before you pay. AI-made images can differ from the original in small ways, such as colours, shading, or lettering, so please check the preview carefully. Writing on a drawing is copied only when it is bold and clear; otherwise we leave it out. A name or date prints only if you type it in. Printed colours can also look a little different from a screen.

When you place an order, you're approving the preview you saw, including anything you moved, resized or typed.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the continental United States. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. We may refuse or cancel an order if there's a pricing error or a sign of fraud, and we'll refund anything you've paid.

Promo codes and credits

• One promo code or referral credit per order. They can't be combined, and the larger discount applies if you have both.
• Codes may have an end date, a limit on total uses, a minimum order, and a limit of one use per email address.
• A code sent to you personally, for example through a social-media giveaway, is for you. Please don't post, sell or share it.
• We may change or end a code at any time, but we won't change a code on an order already placed.

Shipping

We ship within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC). Every item is made to order and sent by our print partners, so timing depends on production and the carrier. Any dates we show are estimates, not promises. You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships. Please double-check your address and, for a phone case, your phone model. See our Returns & Refunds page for what we do when something goes wrong.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, scrape it, or get around its limits. We may limit or block use that looks abusive.

Our content

The Little Ink Co. name, logo, site design and text belong to us. Your artwork belongs to you.

Disclaimers and limits

We work hard to make every order great, but the site and products are provided "as is", without promises beyond those in these terms and our Returns policy. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Little Ink Co. is based.
